Our flagship platform, V4RDE Maritime Domain Awareness, and V4RDE Nexus, our Intelligence Enrichment solution, are designed and developed in Norway by Norwegian intelligence and security professionals. Hosted in Europe and built for customers who require control, trust, traceability and operational relevance.
The name V4RDE derives from the Norwegian word "varde" — a warning beacon used to signal danger across distance. That same principle defines the platform: early warning, shared awareness and actionable insight.
We work selectively. Intelligence has value only when it fits the mission, the environment, and the decision it is meant to support.
Built Around Nordic Operational Reality
Varde Intelligence AS was founded by practitioners with direct experience in Norwegian and Nordic security environments — spanning law enforcement, maritime security, digital forensics, and intelligence operations. The company was shaped by that operational context. It was not imported from elsewhere and localised.

Varde Intelligence is built by people who have produced intelligence in operational environments: criminal investigations, digital forensics, OSINT-led analysis, and maritime security assignments. That experience shapes how we define problems, assess evidence, and separate indicators from conclusions. It also shapes what we choose not to say. When the evidence is insufficient, we do not present assumptions as certainty.
